This is a traditional restaurant dedicated for unagi kabayaki originally established in 1885 in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. We have branches not only Asakusa but Nikotamagawa and Okinawa; however, we are proudly announce that Asakusa branch is known for "a restaurant dedicated for unagi kabayaki"
We get in unagi from Kyusyu district including Miyazaki Prefecture and Kagoshima Prefecture, and domestic unagi with quality from season to season. Our famous sauce has been controlled by pouring new sauce to the one continuously served for more than 100 years since our establishment. Our sauce is pasteurized by dipping steaming hot unagi in it; thus, we are confident the history of our secret sauce can prove our taste. Enjoy our fluffy unagi with delicious secret sauce.
